Cancellation and Refund Policy

While I understand things happen to require you to cancel, there are fixed costs associated with the tours which I have committed to, for which I'm unable to cancel. Once full, I mark the tour as full and I'm no longer attracting new customers. Therefore, this is the policy:

  • A non-refundable deposit secures your space for the tour. The deposit is a commitment to attend the tour; fees are not refundable except in the unlikely event I have canceled the tour.
  • You may cancel up until 60 days before the tour; however, the deposit is not refundable.
  • After payment of the deposit, the remainder of the tour fee is due 60 days before the tour.
  • If the fee is not paid 60 days in advance, I will contact you to make arrangements for the payment, and the tour space will be made available for another participant.
  • If a spot remains available, you can reclaim your participation by making the payment before the tour.
  • If you cancel after making the payment, the second payment will be refunded if and only if I can book another participant.
  • While I will make every effort to book another participant, I can't guarantee I will, mainly if the cancellation is near the tour date. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable.

Please make sure you can attend. If you must cancel, the earlier I'm informed, the more likely I will be able to find another participant.
