Charles Bush has been photographing Louisiana's waters, swamps, and bayous for over 20 years. Charles has been leading photo tours in the fall and spring, allowing participants to photograph Louisiana's abundant bird life and its magnificent old-growth bald cypress forests. Providing participants with the best photo opportunities is the main focus of the tours, but time permitting, he will offer instruction for those in need.

Charles has also sold photographs at Art Shows, such as the New Orleans Jazz Fest, Coconut Grove Arts Festival, The Red River Revel, and The Bayou City Arts Festival. While no longer participating in the shows, Charles continues to produce and sell new work in the form of prints and stock photography that may be seen and purchased on this Web site.
Photography Classes and Consultation
Charles has also taught basic photography and post-processing with Photoshop and Lightroom. He has in-depth knowledge of Photoshop from twenty-five years of heavy use. He also provides photographers with consultation on the best keywording, backup, and recovery strategies. Teaching artists to photograph their work is also a specialty. He continues to offer these classes upon request, including one-on-one instruction.
