A very short newsletter this week, but lots of action on the Web site.
There are still openings for all of my tours. The April tour coincides with when wading birds return and are in their brilliant breading plumage. The tours in May coincide with birds on the nest and birds with Chicks. Osprey photography is usually good for both April and May. So please join us for a tour.

I also have Classes for those of you in the New Orleans area. The intermediate digital photography course starts next Friday, February 20th and is every Friday for four weeks. I go through all the basics including exposure, depth of field, using flash, camera options, etc. There are assignments for each week and critiques at the beginning of each class. A great way to prepare for the spring shooting season.
I've been shooting here in the studio over the last couple of weeks working on perfecting focus stacking. I hope to do a blog post soon, the cover image is a shot of a leaf, 74 shots merged together to maintain depth of field across the whole leaf.
Over the past two weeks I’ve posted numerous photo galleries on the Web site which can be seen here. Many if not most of these images were taken on tours. Click here to view the Galleries. I’m still adding so check back later for additional Galleries.
